I didn't want to wait and order a reed for my converted loom so decided to try and make my own. This was the process. It turned out that placing a block in the middle (to knock out later) helped keep the wood from bowing in the middle and an epoxy like Duco Cement was far superior to using hotglue to secure the threads.
How to make terry type cloth. This is great for spa cloths, rugs, or any project depending on the type of yarn/thread you use. Experiment and have fun!
